I need a good VPS for $28 usd a month

    I need a good VPS for $28 USD a month

    I need at least
    10GB HDD
    1 TB bandwidth
    256MB ram
    50Mbit

    I will be using it for warez/torrents

    What do you guys recommend?

    You won't be able to get that amount of bandwidth for $28 USD.

    Also, 256mb ram will not be enough - 512-1gb is recommended.

    Raise your budget to around $50-70USD and you will find yourself some luck :)

    You need to look for offshore VPS hosting already since most host does not allow torrent/warez.

    10GB HDD - you can host about 3000 torrents
    1 TB bandwidth - looks fine :)
    256MB ram -- is not enough for torrent hosting minimum 1gb
    50Mbit -- in the beginning is fine
