I need a good programmer that is competent in CSS - paid job

    I need the internal content in 2 pages on my site sorted out.

    It will involve:

    -fixing some css positioning
    -taking some table formatting out and putting it into css
    -cleaning up some existing rubbish code

    I am also looking for someone who can do php to sort out some menu programming.

    can anyone help?
