I need A good PHP Programmer/Coder ASAP.

    I'm trying to change the design of my website, change the tables around and add some new features....I originally had a programmer doing this, but the guy seem to be shady, and very lazy. Almost a month now, and nothing from him. With that said, please be a dedicated worker and not waste my time by feeding me BS day after day.
