    I am opening a new site and need some high-quality flash banners for it. Do you know any expert designers? I am looking for good recomendations, people that have worked with you before. (so don't just point me to scriptlance or something lame like that)

    Then you want a designer. Flash is a 'big' product. The developers are usually more code focused and designers more design focused. Most people dont do both well (inc. me:))
