    I need a freelance type website with a unique concept.

    I would prefer if the person was from New York.

    I would like the person to sign a confidential agreement when I tell them my idea.

    I need custom features and someone to understand my idea. I am looking for someone who is seasoned and know's what they are doing. This job is for someone who has a good portfolio.
