I need a Free forum thats not a forum...a confusing adn aggrivating task

    Hey, Im the Webmaster of the P.D., and I have a pretty nice forum set up over their (http://forum.PsychedelicDeli.com ), and I am starting on the creation of my information section.

    I want it to be neatly organized, easily accessable, and Idiot-proof.....I thought about selection boxes, multiple hyperlinks, and all kindds of things when I realized i could just use a Premade forum template and lock all the topics, so its just basically one big archive.

    The problem is that I dont want it to look as much like a forum, but more of an "Organized Information" site.

    If you know of a simple free pre-made forum, or know a suitable alternative, please tell me. thank you.
