    yes, but most of them list them as free but then you have to buy it.

    No one should start affiliate program without a money. When affiliates see that you use free script, they will be in doubt if you will really pay them. But lets just say that you need one for trial or you try to save some money. In this case you can try this http://www.qualityunit.com/postaffiliate. It's free, but you can only have pps/ppl commissions.
