i need a Vbulliten banner made using the scales of justice being held by some gamer images like maplestory people or battlefield soldier or w/e to one side. Then held by dark gloomy game hackers on the others (with the scale tilting towards the legit gamers!)... i need it to include the forum name StopGameHacks and it must have a transparent background so it will expand and contract with the screen of the forum.
