I need a forum, front page w/ rss feeds, some wort of widget for recent news displaying the rss feeds, nice nav bar with contact us, about us, forum, marketplace, Join Now , and Estore. Contact us page needs a form. 2. Need a payment option page for paying members. Link should say Join Now with some images and text. 3. I can give you the rest of the details of the contact forms and so forth. Its going to be a Real Estate website, so please have some useable images dealing with business, banking, or real estate. 4. I have the domain, hosting, and a logo. Need designer to set up the forum with the topics and then take my text and put it where i want it on the webpages. Also need you to setup everything on the server and go live with it. 5. I pay 30% upon acceptance of a demo. I need it done no later than this Sunday. I like the colors blue and yellow over either white or silver. Prefer to use PHPBB 3.0 and change the Header with my Logo. If you are seriously interested please post a front page shell mock up in this thread and PM me a quote for the rest of the project. Do a simple front page with the colors and nav bar mentioned above. If you would like to throw some generic logo in there.. Use the Letters AB and remember this is a Real Estate website. You will hire someone by August 1st, yet you need it by Sunday. This is at least a weeks worth of work. Getting a design by Sunday is possible, but not coding it too. If you can give a longer period of time so the project isn't rushed then I will work with you. However, I do 50/50 payments.
