I need a flash video ad made

    I need a flash video ad made. It is for a tube site and it is to run before and after each video. I would like some short clips about 5 seconds and some longer ones as well about 30 seconds. I have video clips for you to use to splice together to make the clips, but would also need you to make some graphics for the clips. My clips are .mov and you would need to use those to make the FLV video.
    Thanks, please send me any questions you have or show me sample work you have done.
    btw, this is adult in nature. :D
