Buying I need a Flash Intro Page

    Hello I am looking for a simple flash intro page that will use this logo in some matter

    http://i701.photobucket.com/albums/ww13/guidetopanama/logo.jpg

    that would allow visitors to choose between an English or Spanish version of the site to visit.

    Please PM any ideas you may have and what it would cost to implement your idea.
