I need a Esyndicat directory unique template design

I need to upgrade my Directory Network design. It's using a free template right now.

I'd like a nice, sleek design that's unique.

The site is actually a part of a larger network of 31 total directories. You submit once and get listed in all 31. The other directories are named after colors: reddirectory.us, browndirectory.us, magentadirectory.us, etc. So what I'm interested in doing is getting a design that could be applied to all 31, but would have a slight variation based on its color name. For example, reddirectory.us would have the same basic design as directorynetwork.us, but it would have red worked into the template. Amberdirectory.us would have the color amber worked into the template, and so on.

Black and white are not used for directory names, so I imagine that would be 2 of the primary colors used for the main template.

I also need a logo for the site.

The template will need a large graphic in the center that indicates the advantages of the network (all individual c class IPs, submit once, etc).

I'll probably need a WP blog design to match the templates, but we can worry about that later.
