    go on ebay and search for banner design, there's lots of art school students who will make an ebook cover for $10-$20.

    You probably know this already, but if you just do a google search for ebook cover generator or something along those lines, you can find a whole lot of good, easy to use online "software." Some are really cheap.

    Well said! I forgot about 3d-pack. If you have your images already you can just upload them to this on page software and it will create you a 3d cover. They offer book,CD & box, 3d-box, cd-box & dvd-box as their free options.
