Total-Ink, Since you mentiont hat you "do not have mega bucks to spend", I assume there's an actual budget to speak about. According to that I'll look for a best solution to offer for the project. And yes, we can go from a joomla component of your preference or a suggestion of mine and customize it further to the look and feel of yell.com in a matter of a few days.
