Here are the details: need a custom design ( I will point at designs I LIKE) need admin panel to be able to add/upgrade/delete sites This will be a national (USA) directory, thus all sites should be categorized per state and region Need URL's to be completely seo friendly You choose the script ( which directory u think is best out there?)/ I provide the database ( the only format I am able to get is: EXCEL) I provide domain and hosting I will only pay upon all work completed 110%. I will only pay via paypal I will only work withy people that have been around DP awile now and have some decent itraders. Budget: not sure, quote me.
