Buying I need a dedicated server or VPS for my programs

    I need something hosted in a country like Russia or Netherlands.
    I need servers that allow black hat softwares like ScrapeBox. I need min 2GB RAM and under $70/month. Please contact me, I need this ASAP.

    you can configure the VPS with the OS/Software you want. Of course, spamming is not allowed. Any abuse reports are grounds for suspension of the service.
