    I need a database of webmaster email addresses most preferably fresh, or at least not often used.

    They should be mainly of

    1. Social networking websites
    2. Active Blogs
    3. Software Houses
    4. Online ad posting Websites
    5. Online Shopping Websites
    6. Start-up Businesses


    Anyone? I need help!!!

    Well you must make sure that you have rights to send emails to these addresses or else, if someone reports them "spam", then your mail server would be blacklisted.
