i need a custom wordpress theme..

    im looking for someone to make me a whole custom wordpress theme..

    i want it to be really professional.. like a magazine type or something..

    my budget is less than $100..

    i really need one made.. only people who know a TON about wp and have the right skills.

    if we can talk over any messengers, i can show you examples of what i want..
