For one of my sites, a software download site, I need a new, fresh, modern, attractive design, CSS and tableless coded. Light weight, page load speed is very important, as well as SEO friendly, as well as it must be very attractive and userfriendly. I need one main page and maybe 4 slightly different subpages and also full rights to them, i.e. they will be mine to 100% and not sold to anyone else. I use Smarty template system so it should be made so I can easily breakt it up in sections, like header, footer, left, center, right panels etc, etc ... and make smarty templates of it.
