I need a custom Blogger xml design and logo

Hi there,

I am looking for a custom xml template for Blogger, both design and coding.
I also need a header/logo for the site.

The site is www.worldwidelivery.com, you can see the topic that I will be writing there. I would like to use black, white and pink colours for the design, with feminine, ornamental and elegant, clean and light design.
Need to have 3 columns, main column to be fluid, the other two with fixed width.

I will pay 50 USD for the design and coding, payment by paypal. I will not require exclusivity for the template, but only for the logo.
