I Need A Css Guru

    Hi,

    I am looking for a skilled programmer expert in CSS and HTML (XHTML) layout skills.

    Required Skills:

    * CSS Layout / CSS Styling
    * Web Usability Analysis
    * HTML/XHTML

    I prefer to work with people who have these three elements:

    1.) Experience working with PSD files
    2.) Available on MSN/AIM/Skype or any other chat messenger really for questions and answers
    3.) Good communicator and knows what they are talking about when it comes to CSS/Usability/Flexibility
