    go to walmart get a walmart money debit card, load some cash and use it, in 3 days youll be verified, greendot cards are the same

    Dude, lol.. credit cards cannot be obtained by offering such things or anything else... If you want one then go to your bank and apply for it. If you are qualified then you will have it. Or use debit card, as long as it is compatible with Paypal :rolleyes:
