    Fellow designers, developers and DP users just to keep you update on the incident;

    The requester "etfoc" needed a template to be coded into html/css. I communicated through pm/email and we agreed on the rate. As he/ she needed it urgently I completed it within 2 hours and delivered. And thereafter he haven't made the payment. I have been sending emails/pms but he/she not responding.
