I need a coder that knows wordpress but I don't know which kind. Probably php.

I want to make a page that receives the headlines of all my articles, sorts them into their appropriate subcategories and puts them into alphabetical order.

For example, if I have 5 articles in Cat1 and 6 Articles in Cat 2.
On that page, it will show Cat1 and Cat2, and under those categories are their respective articles in alphabetical order.
