    I need a coder for small modification on xoops script.
    I'm using an image gallery module for xoops and need some these modifications.

    When a user is uploading a photo I want the user ip to be added to the filename and I want the special characters in the filename to be encoded.

    That's all. Very small modification but I don't have enough coding info this.

    I have 10$ budget for this

    I mean if someone uploads a file and the filename includes some special characters like turkish or spanish letters it must be changed because that image will not be read by the browser with that special characters

    just have the filename renamed to something random with the ip address anyways
