I need a CMS where I can simply put some sort of <content> tags in my html, so I can upload my custom html/css template to my CMS, and edit it simply. Dont need many options. That, and the ability to create admins with lower permissions who can log into the CMS and just post articles /etc CMS must be free! thanks!
I would like to go with Wordpress. It is easy to understand and you take no time in learning it. Just do a search in wordpress.org about whether or not it allows you to enter such tags.
Usually people don't restrict themselves like that. Everything must update itself after a certain period of time.
Well duh of course it has to be free. Why would anyone actually pay for a solution that worked? Seriously there are 100,000's of programmers in Universities around the World right now spending $1,000's a semester just hoping to get that diploma so they can get out in the real world and start coding those free projects. Baffling isn't it?
Wordpress is better than Joomla if you like ease of use. Joomla is better than wordpress if you want to add better solid feature a website can have.
I would second that. I have used wordpress for quite a few 'non-blog' websites and it works perfectly!
