I need a site that functions exactly like this site: http://www.smallmagazine.net/ It would have a different design, but it would function basically the same. It would need a basic backend that would allow an editor to create new issues, load images or pages and add links (notice the links on the pages). if you can do this please either respond in this PM me on digital point or email me at with a cost and time estimate. If you know of a CMS that can do this already and want to bid on what it would take to set it up thats fine too. Josh
