I need a clone of funfacecam.com or a similar script

I run a chat website that uses profile avatars and I am looking for a fun addon for my members. I was browsing the web can came across http://funfacecam.com/fun/

Is there a script out there that does this kind of thing, ie take a photo with a webcam and make it funny with different background templates?

Any help appreciated, any coding will be paid for.
