I need a "clone" of a Wordpress Theme

    I am in need of a custom Wordpress theme.

    I have seen another Wordpress powered site with a theme that I would like to "clone". It is not an open source theme, hence the reason why I need a programmer to make a new version.

    I don't want to straight copy it as that wouldn't seem right, but once you look at it, you can see what type of Theme and design I am looking for.

    Please let me know if you are interested (and approximate costs) and I will forward you the site I am referring to.
