I design websites, just simple store websites which require me to sign upto affiliates for the clients etc. I am currently selling about 3 per day and its starting to get a bit complicated as I have queries, requestions and questions come left right and center!! I currently manage all the clients via email, but i have 4 emails addresses (hosting, support, setup, blogs) and customers are just sending emails to any and its getting hard to track what ive done and need to do etc. I know theres quite alot of support software packages. but i would like to know if anyone can recommend a good one? I preferable would like one that: I can send emails to my clients from I can communicate to my clients via their user area I can add FAQ section I can keep the clients updated in their account as to what point I am in the set up process of their website. e.g if i sign upto adsense i will write in their account that this has been done and they can log in and see that it has been done.
