    i have a technical question about implementing hoplinks progrrammatically, in compliance with Clickbank TOS.

    I wonder if there is a CB employee who could answer me a question.

    Short: Its about opening a hoplink in a new window - but the window opening in the background.

    The window where the hoplink opens is not hidden and is has normal size, it's just behind the first window.

    If user clicks on the "order now" button the hoplink opens in a window, and the clickbank order page (the link just clicked) will be opened on top.

    I need to know whether this is in compliance with TOS this way.

    nope...i figure it would end up at some innocent CSR which will just send me a link to the "hoplink faq" anyway.
