Most registrars offer DNS services with domain purchases. Namecheap is one I use most often.

 

Yahoo domain is always very cheap!

 

Godaddy DNS is very reliable (i have never experienced outages with my domains). Prices are good to. There are no free .com/.net domains exist unless you order paid hosting

 

http://dynadot.com has domains for $9.99 a year. It's who I use to register my domains.
