I Need a Cheap But Good Web Designer For A Site Redesign ASAP

    I need a cheap web designer for a start up i am working on. I am on a very very tight budget and need a header, footer and a sidebar box designed.
    If interested please send me a PM.
    Looking for someone fast, so please if you have more work then you can handle i am not interested.

    You will notice i need the header redone.
    The left sidebar needs to be vamped to look better.
    The footer needs to look well as well.
    Everything is in tables format.

    alright, i still need work done. I am looking to bring the design of this css file:
    www.topstatz.com/3
    to www.topstatz.com
    there are a total of 4 files:
    layout_top.php which houses the main set of html code (in table layout)
    layout_bottom.php which is the footer etc.
    navmenu.php which is just a table layout menu no php in it.
    then there are 3 other files which is a admin menu, user menu, and the tools menu. that all are php includes that plugin to layout_top.php.
    basically i need someone to combine the two css files, and make all of it work together so that i can have the design above with everything working right.
    Please pm me if you are serious and can do this as i need it done ASAP send me how much you will charge me and please have an opening to get this done quick.

    ok so lots of people have said they are interested, but either they work while i am asleep (which won't work for me) or they just don't have the time to do it. So lets try one more time. I have decided to keep the "layout" and want to go back to the original idea of a more "web 2.0" feel in the graphics. The header i would like turned into a full header. the boxes on the left need to have more of a 2.0 "shiny" feel and i need a footer.

    I would love a header that is built like www.goingup.com the footer to match with the colors of the header, and the sideboxes to keep it running
