Cool I didnt even read all that it became some what tiresome after the first line And Im not a thief Sarah I want to make money online legally
Haha, Not from what I've been reading so far . Anyway Jigga, nobody here is gonna give you this amazing idea to make money. It doesn't happen. When I started out I began learning HTML and I was decent at it. I set up a tech blog on blogspot.com and talked about gadgets and so on. I slapped on some adsense and had me making a little cash. Well I realized that with a subdomain like that I was getting nowhere, so I sold the site for $120 something. Bought a real domain and continued blogging about gadgets. 1.5 years later I no longer have time so I sold it to someone who does for $500. Along the way I've designed web sites, logos, graphics, templates for people. I've invested a little in domains and made some dough that way.\ What I've done is by no means huge money. I've made a ton of mistakes, picked myself on and continued. It's called life. No one here is gonna give you that winning idea. You gotta 1) decide what to do and 2) work at it. If you aren't gonna put in the effort to learn how to make a site, how the online world works, then I'd advise you to quit. If you do then pick a book on HTML or do some online tutorials. It's a long road Jigga, you're at the Start square right now and no one can make you hit another level. Skinny
Damn people here use abusive language and they do not get a red rep and the DP ADMINISTRATORS had the nerve to give me a red rep just because I wrote a post which was not 100% related to a post. NICE WORK DP ADMINS! As for your question. Simple Do paid surveys if you want minor money. You could make up to $500. But you have to be in the US to qualify. Here are some sites http://www.mmexposed.com/surveyd.html
Another piece of advice - gotta have good people skills. People have probably already judged you on what you've said in your earlier post. Nobody knows who you are . . . so what you say and how you say goes a long way. In the online world you are going to be dealing with lots of people, whether its your readers or people you are selling stuff to. Things aren't always gonna go smooth, but you gotta be cool and 100% professional. People might tell you off, they might swear at you and if you blow up and swear, etc. people aren't going to want to work with you. If you are calm then people will be like damn I really told that guy off but he didn't even flinch . . . So, having people skills is very important even though you are talking to people online. Read this: Sione's Wedding pirate gets community service. Frederick Higgins got off lightly but his conviction proves that, where I come from atleast, pirating DVDs is a crime. You may not like to be called a thief, but that's what you are! It'll be great if you can turn over a new leaf and make your living legitimately but you still count pirating as your work experience so you're not there yet. You got an infraction - not red rep. If you don't like what you're reading hit this button and report it.
I just need an idea. My work rate and determination probably outweighs anybody elses here and that can take me to new levels. Just need to know where to start off.
ok, not quite as clear or thorough as I would have liked but at least there's something to work with. Now before I start, I don't mean to be patronising and apologise in advance if that's how I come across. You don't have a website or a domain name, nor do you have any money to invest in one. That's a pity but not that great a hurdle to overcome. You say that you can write clearly, with good grammar and spelling etc. So here's MY suggestion, based on your somewhat concise answers. First of all you need to make some money, as Skinny suggested you could get a free-hosted blog on blogspot or wordpress, ok it's not your own, but it's a start. Now, what would you blog about? I can see several possibilities. You are passionate about music, money and girls, so you could blog about one of them. Personally I would choose music, it's an interesting niche that you could bring your own views to. If you are truly passionate, and articulate, I can see a blog about music being rather successful. Critique new albums by your favourite artists, perhaps talk about their lifestyles, their roots, how they made it to the pinnacles they find themselves at. Properly marketed you could even gain a cult following, people would respect your views, perhaps the artists themselves would respect your views. Now THAT would be a success! Most musicians nowadays have a myspace page, get one yourself, add your favourite artists to your friends, read their blogs, comment on their pages and link to your blog, attract the interest of the artists AND their fans. Stick some ads on your blog that are directly related to the niche you are blogging about, by drawing in the fans of your favourite artists you would be sure to get some decent revenue from that. Make a little bit of money that way, or maybe a lot of money that way, then branch out. Create a blog per artist, attract their fans to those blogs, more ads, more clicks, more money. If you do it properly and are able to attract the attention of the artists themselves you could really hit it big. Don't be spammy with it, but show that passion that you say you have. Don't expect something like that to happen overnight, it could take many months, or even years, but along the way you will learn a lot about yourself and your favourite artists. You will probably have to put hours of research into each blog post, but the end result, (however many weeks, months or years away it is), could be massive. That's my idea for you, and it's free. Good luck in whatever you choose to do. Laz
Your just here to get some easy money and that's it all your interested is in knowing how much you can get and how quickly I browsed forums, websites, blogs and things related to webmasters before I even made any money and I did it on my own and now I make pretty orrite money but it's because I have the connections, skills and experience which I didn't use to have
Yeah I like that idea Laz I could probably write a blog about UK hip hop or garage and make it real interesting.
US$100/hour if you are on contract with a respectable firm. One year to be adept - do a course if you can to get started and then work on it from home. Recommended languages for high earning include anything to do with Oracle, Java or ASP. If you want to stay self employed or work on smaller contracts learn PHP. Easier to learn as a DIYer. Have you seen this: What is the best way to make £150
If you are going to blog about UK hip-hop and garage I recommend that you also listen to DJ 3style on galaxy FM he also has his own myspace page. From there you can probably find out who the new stars are going to be, what's going to be coming out in the future, what's hot and what's not, etc. You can do this dude, believe in yourself, even when the ctr is pennies a day, and you can do it! Laz
Hmm, over these past few pages Jigga has implemented the advice on his attitude quite nicely... I had an idea, but I think LAZ's was better, I say go with that. If you can adapt like I've seen so far, it will probably work out.
