I Need a Blog Aggregator-Anyone Know How?

I want to set up a blog aggregator. The site is suppoed to uses RSS feed amass contents from all registered blogs. Most of the blog content should be on the page as it appears.

This site allows bloggers to either register or remove blogs and every registered blog appears here. I need to know if there is a script that can do this. Thanks
