I need a program that will let me create a billing where I can input the hours and how much I charge per hour and the system automatically calculates the total. I have seen software that does this but I have a special need.... At the footer I need to be able to write a small letter to my customer, right now we are using a word document to do it and its very time consuming and sometimes messy if we did a lot of hours / purchased parts for our customers. Anyways I know someone on DP has got to have the answer to my question so please guys if you have any idea please help me!
try microsoft accounting 2008, it makes a letter invoice in word and outlook, very good for time and services
