I need a banner resized

    I have a simple job I need done. I currently have a banner thats 557X127 pixels. I want the same basic banner made smaller to 480X65. The banner I need resized can be seen here: http://www.mirror-mirror.org/one.htm

    I want the picture to take up half the banner, and the wording to take up the other half. Payment upon completion by paypal. It needs to be approved by my client.

    I need this done today
