I need a banner for $20

I need a banner for my blog.

Not particular with the images or colours - but it must blend with white (as my background on the whole)

I need words in the banner -

"Mental Pro Dot Com"
"Where A Stronger Mental State For A Better Well Being Awaits"

Will deal through paypal ONLY.

Banner size - 1180 X 86 (I will need the source files as well when I pay you)

* If I don't like any of the designs here, I can choose not to accept any. The $20 will go to the first entry which I like.

 

do you have any specific images you'd like used in the banner?

 

No specific images - but it will be great that it is mental health, medical professionals related.
