    I need a 468x60 jpg banner designing for my Music Video site.

    I am investing a lot of money in advertising so I want a banner that is going to make people click on.
    I am paying $25 for this one banner.

    I am leaving everything up to the designer.
    If the designer has done many banners before they will have a very good idea what to include. I need something that is going to make people want to click on when they see the banner.
