I need a Answer Script with the following features

    Hi Guys,

    I need a answer script for a new website that I`m planning to do(I already have the domain name).
    I need it to have this features:

    1. To be able to change the script in my one language(romanian).
    I taking about to change from English like "Post a question" to be able to make it in my language.

    2. have top of the users who answered and top with the most points won from the answers.

    3. To be able to show a top for the last 3 months and a general one, because I want to give some gifts to the most active, users.

    4. To be SEO friendly, I want to rank in SERPS with the questions and answers,given by the users.

    5. Relatively easy to install


    I want it to be free or if i have to pay not to be too expensive.

    I both this one, waiting for approval, I hope I can translate it to my language and I hope is easy to install.

    www.answerscript.com it was on offer $24.

    Has any of you worked with this script one?

    The think is I don`t know how to work with drupal. :p And if I try to do it in php and mysql it takes me few months to do it right.
