I need a 2 minute php fix. $5 for 2 minutes!

I have a traffic exchange, but on the surf bar the html will not center, so half of the surf bar is hidden and off of the page.
The first person to give me the correct code for this page http://www.membersniche.com/surf.php to make the surf bar center, I will send $5 to your paypal account.

I received one pm with a code that did not fix the error. I will keep this thread open for another 48 hours to see if anyone can fix the error.

 

Whenever i click the link i get redirected to http://www.membersniche.com/?session-expired and don't see any surf bar. Can you please tell me how do i get access to surf.php?
