    I am managing a website (www.smarthiring.com) that sells to HR fraternity Online psychometric tests, HR and management books and training tools. I am looking for 50 articles 250 word or thereabout that deal with these following specific areas:

    1. Advantages of using psychometric testing.
    2 Advantages of using online psychometric testing.
    3. Advantages of training your staff on various soft skills.
    4 What are soft skills
    5 Why books are the best training tools
    6 Stories, maybe borrowed from the web, which show that above 5 points worked for the companies worldwide.

    I know that this must have been discussed many a time but then I am new here. Give me ideas how can I acconplish this.
