A lot of the clients I work with start off small until they start earning more revenue to justify the expense for the higher quality and costlier services. So if you're budget is honestly $30 per year then you are saying that your site is generating you less then $0.08 per day. That is the amount you are asking to pay for rent on this service (and that would be non-profit of course).
