    Hi, I need 2 small banners designed.
    I would like them in a Layered and unflattened PSD in a 3:1 ratio
    PM me for design info

    Please PM me and send me a quote on what you would charge for that.
    This is simple straight forward design. Please do NOT send me a PM asking me what I will pay you.
    Please do not send me PM asking some outrageous price for 2 small banners.
