I need to get my 2 proxies moved to my new host, each site will have its own individual account, as they both have at the moment.

Ftp info will be provided, along with any other information you may need.

But I just want to say that, you can do it your own self. You need to follow these steps.
1) Download full backup , databse backup, and E-mail backup.
2) Update the nameserver of your domain name.
3) Create a databse user, with same name as in old host, and give all rights to this user.
4) Now just restore all backup.
