I missed out on geting a free voucher.

    Yep.. I registered an account at adwords about 6 months ago before seeing all the starter vouchers ($50, $100 free etc..)

    Is there anyway I can take advantage of them now?

    I've only spent about $10 so far (in 6 months).. so it'd be a field day for me to have $100 =)

    Since you just spent $ 10, I think you can drop that account and start a new one.
