I do have to agree with the comments before me. The humour isn't funny when it has to be explained, and there are a fair few people who would want an explanation as to the title of the website. It seems more like a practical joke than a help forum. My two cents. Good luck.
It is offensive to many people. You will have very few advertisers that will want to pay you to be on a site with this name regardless of your design or features. Good luck

Your site's header first of all, it's too huge. The content is filled with some error coding. And there is too many ads clunked together in one small space.

lol! funny concept.. Your header is too big and empty, you may want to fill it out with your menu items on the right of her shoe.
Overall nice layout. Personally I think the logo is too large.... granted it is supposed to be able some fat bitch So it might be warranted. I see this '<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]-->' on your page you need to look into your code and fix this.
great concept ..... congratz .......... i think your audience will be the husbands though - so you need to possibly target your ads towards the men - who may now be drinking heavily / gambling or viewing porn...lol Your ads are all dieting & lifestyle, but will any fat women visit the site? I think great unique concept - get some male content on there and promote the hell out of it Regards
