I made the site, and content. I need YOU to make it look good.

    You can see www.sold-my-fsbo.com it has decent content, and I am more than willing to add more, but I need some sort of organization for it, and obviously some better design. I wouldnt be that against some sort of template as long as it is TOTALLY search engine friendly. I use this site only for the purpose of getting adsense, and having a few links to my personal websites.

    What would it be worth to give this real estate related site a make over.
