Thanks for the informatioin. I have not started using beta blogger and absolutely love it. I don't have to wait for "republishing the index" or "republishing the blog" which was pain once your blog becomes bigger. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade your existing blogger blog to beta blogger platform. I am sure in due course of time google will provide the solution but was wondering if there is a solution already posted somewhere in developer community.

Beta blogger certainly is far better than blogger blog so I am going to use it for my new niche blog.

you can opt for the beta inside your dashboard

i don't remember where exactly cuz i already converted

but note that You can't reverse back to original blog once you converted to Beta

Like I said I am also pretty much a blogspotter, even though I have a premium hosting account.. the ease of Blogspot is amazing, and yes, I have started some blogs on the lines that you have started here, and It have been pretty good. Only I can't seem to get good Ecpm, though CTR is amazing.. even 40-50 % at the start.

One problem is, google de-indexes them after a few weeks.. Which is why I preferred using blogspot for this strategy.. Just move on to a new blog..... Page impressions are swell only for a week or so, for all blogs I started..

A few of my blogs have pretty good Ecpm, so i just started running Adword campaign as well..

Are you using adwords as well for traffic?
Do you also face the low page views after a few weeks syndrome?

Wow.. 40-50% of CTR! That's really great. How much traffic do you get?

What content that make your sited deindexed within a few weeks? Are you spamming?

I wasn't spamming at all, somehow the keywords for which i ranked good the first few days got pushed down so fast.... I gave a few links from a couple of sites i owned, that's all. Unrelated content.. but still?

 

Wow this is one of the best threads I've seen on here...so let me try to get this straight...if I go onto nichebot, and find a phrase with say, a 1.5 million count, competition about 950,000, and a ratio of around .6, that would be a good keyphrase to build a blog account around? And can you check your stats on a blog account like you can with a regular website?

 

adleym, what stats do you want to check? Do you mean web stats? If you're using free blog, you can put free counter (such as sitemeter, extremetracking, etc) to check the stats.

 

One suggestion...do not give links from your unrelated sites as far as possible. If you have a site related to same subject than link is fine. This is from personal experience.

Success still continues...and I am still happy with blogspot. I am planning to embark on different strategy for which I am going to post a question in this forum. I don't know if it works or not? But certainly will give it a try ...Look for my new thread.

I think it's a great thread. I used to do something similar.

It's a basic plan that can make you thousands with little investment.
