    Looks great. The only thing I would suggest is changing the "Privacy Policy" tab to make it look like a part of the website. If I were you I'd write my own privacy policy because sentences like "An Amazon Associate is a website owner who places links to the Amazon.com website on his or her site and earns referral fees through sales of Amazon.com or its affiliates' products" don't look very attractive to a potential customer.

    I think you are right there, it does give the wrong impression.
    Till I can think of something better, I have removed it all together. I think the help center should cover everything anyways.

    Nice colors...I would suggest creating a header that stand out a little more and possibly adding something to the empty space to the right of the store. Perhaps some reviews of products.

    On the topic of Amazon Associates privacy policy...is there a mandatory privacy policy that must be displayed on any page? I know that with AdSense it is mandatory to display a privacy policy regarding cookies and all that.
